My own journey towards personal growth and ongoing commitment to relationship therapy have led me to understand and accept myself, and I continue on this path. I’ve come to recognize my defense mechanisms—sources of pain—in relationships, including feelings of inferiority/superiority and victim/bully patterns.

I’ve had to confront all kinds of personal obstacles, which I bore like indelible tattoos, and was ruled by shame that could provoke internal feelings of rage towards my dearest. I shed beliefs that were never mine to begin with and that kept me from creating a life of my own. For example, the notion that “people don’t change” is no longer a tattoo of mine.

The investment I made on myself and in relationship therapy has increased the quality of my relationships, and I now live a much happier life. Now, when something isn’t working, instead of fleeing or being caught in defense mechanisms, I  make steps towards people and take in their love… and I feel less lonely.

I’m happy to offer you the same therapeutic space that has helped me so much. I offer you a significant and safe relationship experience that enables you to open up and talk about what you can’t broach anywhere else, and always in strict confidence.

You don’t need to feel ready, brave, vulnerable or indeed anything else. It’s all about creating a space that will help you build up or even rebuild your strength and courage.
