Mission
I help sensitive and self-effacing souls rebuild a sense of safety within and around themselves, so they can love without self-betrayal, express themselves without apologizing, thrive, and experience aligned relationships.

My Story
For a long time, I moved through life holding my breath, a calm smile on my face but a storm in my heart. As a child and then a young professional, I believed I had to be flawless to earn my place — hiding my tears, controlling every word, watching every grade at school and later every email at work. Relational anxiety and multiple burnouts reminded me that I was living to prove myself rather than to experience life.
I remember myself at twenty-five, moving alone to a new continent, hoping for a fresh start, convinced that running from my reality would protect me. I recall the moments when my body tensed at the slightest criticism, that internal resistance to asking for help. I began to find freedom by learning to distinguish between my general needs of rest, joy, safety, and my relational needs like being heard, receiving gentleness, or feeling that I exist. Today, this vocabulary of the self has become the backbone of my practice.
I work with highly sensitive or neurodivergent adults who feel “too” emotional or “not enough” in terms of performance. Many have grown up parenting those around them, have left their home country, are navigating a career shift, or are caring for a newborn while managing a demanding job. They carry a hypervigilance that drains them, a perfectionism that blocks their creativity, and a shame that urges them to hide the moment they stumble.
My approach draws from the Non-Directive Creative Approach (ANDC), mindfulness, and my personal studies in polyvagal theory. We use embodied listening to let the body speak, somatic exercises to calm the nervous system, authentic communication to express needs and boundaries, and micro-rituals inspired by experience design to integrate change into daily life. When sexuality or identity is part of the work, I offer a candid space where all orientations and desires can be named without taboo.
In practical terms, my clients develop inner clarity that replaces rumination, emotional safety that softens the fear of abandonment, the ability to say no without guilt, and the capacity to welcome anger as an ally. They feel a new ease in their bodies, rediscover joy in relationships, and shape a life rooted in their values rather than others’ expectations.
I believe that every person who chooses themselves with tenderness helps change the world, one gesture at a time. If you’re ready to take off the mask of survival and breathe into your truth, I will walk beside you, step by step, until you can live and love with your quiet strength.

Originally from France and Franco-Canadian for the past few years, my immigration journey is what truly sparked my path of introspection and healing. I’ve been interested in personal development since my teenage years, fascinated by psychometric tests and neuroscience. But it was the challenges I faced and the vulnerabilities that surfaced while settling into a new culture that really led me to dive deep within myself. I’m deeply grateful to my host country 🙂

I’m someone who needs to be regularly stimulated by new experiences. Whether it’s a new dance class, a survival or healing retreat in the forest, time to recharge in eco-communities, or starting a creative or relational project, I need to nurture this social and creative part of me that brings a sense of freedom and a kind of rest.
I’m proud of this side of myself, and whenever I feel pulled into daily responsibilities and logistics, I make a point of organizing something that matches my energy and desires, so I can reignite my creativity.

I am a wild woman, a forest woman. I feel deeply connected to nature. Over time, I’ve come to embrace the way I talk to animals and even to my plants. I love sitting in quiet contemplation in front of my garden and vegetable patch, observing the intelligent ecosystem at work and practicing permaculture. One of my dreams is to settle on a farm, inn, or retreat space where I can welcome others, collaborate with fellow enthusiasts, and share the knowledge, benefits, and powerful connection between self-awareness and the natural world.
