My Story
My personal journey has led me to reflect deeply on how our experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and to others. Having had to learn how to navigate anxiety and the impacts of trauma myself, I know how difficult it can be to learn to treat yourself with greater compassion.
My journey has also led me to recognize and embrace my queerness, and it has shaped the way I navigate my interpersonal relationships. These experiences now fuel my desire to offer a space where you can share your story without having to conform to a predetermined way of loving or experiencing your sexuality.
I support individuals, couples, and polycules who experience relationship anxiety, communication difficulties, or the effects of relational and sexual trauma. You may find it difficult to create or maintain relationships, not because of a lack of interest, but because anxiety, emotions, or past wounds take up a lot of space. Asserting yourself, expressing your needs, or finding your voice within a relationship can then become particularly difficult.
I also work with non-monogamous and polyamorous people who want to define or redefine the structure of their relationships, whether they are facing a particular challenge or simply want to create a relationship framework that feels safe and supportive. I can also support you as you explore questions related to your sexual orientation or gender identity.
My work aims to help you better understand and navigate your emotions and anxiety, develop your nonviolent communication skills, and build relationships that feel more aligned with who you are. To support you, I draw from different approaches to offer personalized guidance that is compatible with your needs.

It is important to me to address relationships because we generally receive very little support when it comes to learning how to communicate, manage conflict, regulate emotions, and build trust in our interpersonal relationships. We mainly have access to the models provided by the people around us, such as our family, friends, and partners. I have personally witnessed the relationship challenges that can arise when we have not received this kind of education. Helping others navigate relationships more effectively is something I care deeply about because I fundamentally believe that our relationships hold an incredibly important place in our lives, even though we are rarely taught how to build and maintain them.

I have an artistic side (music, pottery, sewing), as well as a love of travel, whether within Canada or internationally. One of my biggest dreams is to explore Asia and the Middle East. I truly believe that we benefit from discovering new cultures and pushing ourselves outside our comfort zones.
