Committed to a sexuality that is free, confident and deeply meaningful.
Have you ever felt that your sexuality was losing its significance with age, as if it were gradually fading away, even becoming a taboo subject—both with yourself and within your relationship? Yet intimacy and desire do not disappear; they evolve. If this situation is causing conflict or distress, know that you are not alone. Passionate about sexuality and the well-being of individuals aged 45 and over, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to explore and fully experience their sexuality with confidence and pleasure.
After several years of working with older adults, I have observed that too many men and women feel isolated and powerless in the face of physical changes and societal expectations surrounding sexuality. While discussions sometimes address physical transformations in women, the reality for men often goes unrecognized. Caught between performance ideals and the transformations of their bodies, many men experience silent distress. My approach aims to break these taboos and restore pleasure and connection as central aspects of this new stage of life.
I take a humanistic, solution-oriented approach rooted in lived experience, helping my clients reconnect with their desire and rediscover an enriched and uninhibited intimacy. Whether it is overcoming physiological changes (erectile difficulties, musculoskeletal pain, medication effects), navigating life transitions (retirement, grief, relationship changes), or redefining sexuality beyond performance, I provide guidance with empathy and pragmatism.
My work is not only about resolving difficulties but also about transforming the way we perceive sexuality as we age. I offer a safe space where individuals can express their concerns, explore new ways to experience pleasure, and cultivate a fulfilling relationship with themselves and others.
Sexuality does not end with age; on the contrary, it reinvents itself. My commitment is to guide my clients in embracing this (r)evolution with confidence, compassion, and authenticity, restoring sexuality to its rightful place: as a source of pleasure, connection, and fulfillment.
Between taboo and blatant marketing, kink fuels the collective imagination. Like culture, it is a vibrant component of sexuality. Kink is a form of personal expression, a means of reclaiming power, and a space where imagination and reality blur to pave the way for the unknown. Exploring kink is a journey of self-discovery and sexual exploration. However, for newcomers, the initiation can sometimes be complex. Guidance can help facilitate a smooth introduction to this diverse world. Curious and attuned to this eclectic dimension of intimacy, I have a particular interest in those who engage with it.
I have been a proud nomad for two decades. What began as a youthful adventure has evolved into a lifelong journey. Throughout my travels, I have had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life and listening to their stories. Each encounter reinforces my awareness of how deeply interconnected we all are in this beautifully complex world.
Travel also serves as a reminder of my privileges as a white man living in a democratic society, fostering a mindset of personal and professional humility. As a global citizen, I recognize the profound impact of education as a catalyst for individual and social transformation, particularly for marginalized communities.
For several years, I have chosen professions that prioritize human connection above all else. Last year, in my role as a social worker, I had the privilege of supporting individuals in palliative care. I will always remember a remarkable 93-year-old woman who, reflecting on her life, shared with me the importance of always being true to oneself.
