Mission
I help individuals who experience unstable or painful relationships to better understand their interpersonal dynamics and to build healthier, freer connections.

My Story
From a young age, I had to learn to build myself up without a safety net. At 17, without the support of my parents, I navigated financial precarity, ruptured family ties, and the major decisions that come with entering adulthood. These early relational experiences shaped the way I connect with others. They also deepened my awareness of how our early attachments can have a lasting impact on how we love, assert ourselves, and seek safety in relationships. This path has given me a profound empathy for those moving against the current, questioning their worth, or feeling trapped in confusing or painful relationship dynamics.
Defining myself outside traditional models hasn’t always been easy. Claiming my identity as a polyamorous person, building lasting relationships outside the norm, navigating the tensions between self-loyalty and the desire for connection. All of this has enriched my understanding of the complexity of emotional bonds and the many ways people strive to balance freedom, authenticity, and security in their relationships. My own experience has helped me develop a nuanced perspective on issues like jealousy, infidelity, fear of abandonment, anxious or avoidant responses, and loyalty conflicts.
I offer therapeutic support to individuals who want to better understand their emotional reactions in relationships, soothe their relational insecurities, or explore new ways of connecting. I work especially with LGBTQ+ individuals, people in or curious about non-monogamous relationships, and young adults in transition or seeking meaning.
My humanistic approach is rooted in authenticity, the therapeutic relationship, and the present moment. It is grounded in an inclusive, reflective, and situated stance, one that remains attentive to social, cultural, and identity-based contexts. My style is both structured and warm, with a collaborative spirit.
In therapy, I offer you a safe space to make sense of your experiences and to build a gentler, more solid, and more aligned relationship with yourself. It is possible to find calm and safety in connection, and I believe this space can be a first step toward healthier, freer, and more nourishing relationships.

When I’m not in session or immersed in a work of critical sociology, I compose electronic music or dive into a good art film. Especially those that make you think as much as they make you feel.

I’m constantly diving into new “passions” and while some stick around, others are more fleeting. One day I’m deep in the world of a philosopher that I’ve just discovered with excitement, the next I’m learning the basics of video editing, and the week after that I’m picking up a new instrument… anything goes!

My little secret? I’m polyamorous, drawn to relationships built on openness, transparency, communication, and the richness of human connection.
