My Story
It is entirely normal to go through moments where a bit of support can make all the difference, especially when it comes to issues related to our sexuality and our emotions. Many of us hesitate to seek help from a sexologist, whether due to the intimate nature of the concerns, a lack of understanding of what a sexologist does, or simply the fear of not being understood or taken seriously. I hear your concerns and acknowledge your experiences. That’s why I am committed to practicing in an inclusive, empathetic, and human way, where you are invited to show up as you are and collaborate with me toward realistic goals that are meaningful to you.
By choosing to see me, you are offering yourself a safe space entirely dedicated to you and your journey. Here, you can confidently share your concerns, aspirations, and successes. In a humanistic, intersectional, and inclusive approach, I am committed to accompanying you in this self-exploration, at your own pace.
I support adult individuals (my practice is inclusive, everyone is welcome) as well as couples (whether heterosexual, same-sex, monogamous, polyamorous, open, or without labels) in achieving their ambitions related to sexual fulfillment and relationships in general!
I invite you to schedule an appointment with me to explore the different facets of your sexuality and their impact on your life. Whether to enrich your relationships, address specific concerns, or simply because you feel the need to consult, together, we will clarify your needs and begin a process tailored to you and your situation!

In addition to my training on the sexological issues of the general population, I have experience in sexology interventions with individuals in various disability situations. Working with this population, which is particularly vulnerable to sexual abuse, has allowed me to develop an increased sensitivity and a strong interest in inclusive intervention and supporting survivors of sexual trauma.

I am originally from Gaspésie, where I was fortunate to grow up and spend a large part of my life in a postcard-perfect setting! If I start talking about it, I might get nostalgic, recalling the beauty of the sea, the mountains, and the forests, not to mention the warm welcome of the people in my region. I highly recommend you consider it for your next vacation! Although my accent has softened quite a bit since I left the region, you’re likely to hear it during our meetings, a little nod to my roots and the charm of Gaspésie.

I thrive equally in creativity and physical activity, two aspects that are deeply rooted in my life. Yoga, Pilates, and swimming offer me a valuable balance, while art, in all its forms, is a space for expression and sharing that has always been close to my heart!
