Mission
I help anxious people or those who put a lot of pressure on themselves to see their thoughts and emotions as sources of information, so they can regain their joy and freedom and become creators of their lives.

My Story
Living with the feeling of being too much or not enough, requires a considerable amount of energy. This energy, which you lack in other aspects of your life, can lead to significant fatigue. Do you feel this lack of energy?
When thoughts and emotions are overwhelming, knowing what to do to relieve this heaviness can seem unattainable.
Imagine your reserve of energy as a balloon filled with water. If small holes exist, water escapes through these holes, and that’s normal. Together, we will work to identify these leaks to better keep your energy for things that matter to you. We will also explore how you can add water to this balloon because your energy is your most precious resource.
By identifying the “holes” in your balloon, we will discover together the areas where your energy is escaping. This will allow you to make informed choices, set boundaries, and open your heart with confidence. By listening to you, I will help you become aware of the growing love you feel for yourself and accept without judgment the aspects of yourself that you like less.
Like the trunk of a majestic tree, you will learn to remain solid and flexible, aligned with integrity and confidence. My dearest wish is that after our sessions, you will feel a release of pressure, see opportunities for more satisfaction in your relationships, and understand that these opportunities can emerge from your obstacles and fears. All of this, with a bit of humour… and a lot of love!
The joy in my practice is to accompany you with an open heart in a non-judgmental space, to see that your overwhelming thoughts and strong emotions do not define you. In fact, when you see them as sources of information about yourself, you regain your joy and freedom as the creator of your life.
I love connecting with people and am passionate about human complexity. My wish is that you can manage moments of discomfort, fear, and sorrow by knowing that you are “right,” that you are “enough,” that you are capable. By finding your responsibility, and thus your freedom, your life will become a choice and not a reactive reflex.
Learn more about this professional
Daughter of South American immigrants, with diverse origins and family spread across the world, I have been fascinated by cultures, languages, and choices since childhood. Why and how to change countries? Why and how to leave family for the unknown?
One of my most vivid memories is looking out the car window and wondering how people lived in all the houses I saw. I was filled with curiosity and imagination; I wanted to be everyone at once and see everything in the world. One life didn’t seem enough! So, it’s no surprise that I started traveling young. Every university summer, I would work in different regions. My thirst for knowledge just kept growing.
When I completed my Bachelor’s degree, I went to New Zealand, where I was able to live for a decade and travel throughout the country and the region.

My father is a psychologist and led a department at the Douglas Hospital throughout my childhood. His fascination with his clientele sparked my interest. Combined with my great curiosity about human behaviour, this fascination led me to see myself as a therapist. It took years of travel, adventures, discoveries, love, sorrow, despair, and joy to build my confidence and self-love. After years in the film industry, with all its ups and downs, I found being a therapist brought me the lightness I was craving. I finally had the courage to change careers in my forties – and during the pandemic 😉.
