Divan bleu is looking for a sexologist to join our Laval team.
We’re a multidisciplinary therapy clinic built around the idea that those who support others, deserve support themselves. We aim to give you the freedom of autonomy and creativity in your work, while promoting your impact and recognition.
You’ll have control over your schedule and caseload while benefiting from the visibility, infrastructure, administrative support, and professional community of a therapy clinic established in 2019.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a psychotherapist who:
- Holds the qualifications and authorization required by the OPSQ to practice sexology in Québec.
- Wants to develop an in-person practice at our Laval clinic (online clients always allowed).
- Values professional autonomy but looking to be part of a team as well.
- Is comfortable receiving LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous clients. Specialization in these aspects is not a requirement.
- Experience working with couples is particularly valuable to us as well though it is not required.
- Is comfortable being coached in certain aspects surrounding the business side of therapy not often taught in schools.
- Has a niche and mission to serve a specific clientele. We believe the best work comes from when your unique lived experiences connect you to a deeper level with your clients that other competent therapists just can’t reach. Generalists need not apply.
